Please visit my site to get some information about my candidacy for Soil and Water Conservation District Group 3

I have nearly a decade of experience in the Civil Engineering field. The last five years has focused on water resources.

I am running for political office because I recently finished a decade of part time school and need a new hobby. I also very knowledgeable about soil mechanics, hydrology, and hydraulics.

I believe in free market systems where the role of government is primarily to provide a fair court system to resolve disputes arising between parties and to mitigate damages and claims from third party affects not accounted for in some transactions (for example costs to the environment.)

Dr. Milton Friedman and Dr. Paul Mason have shaped my understanding of economics and cost accounting.

The most important issue facing the board has been the removal of taxpayer funding to the board. The critical services to the board will have to be provided by private contributions and voluntary technical assistance from the engineering community. I have already secured the assistance of one geotechnical engineering firm and through that contact and working to secure assistance from another group.

CTDC has proved in relevancy by helping the Mayor to realize that Jacksonville residents can not afford the tax increase proposed to fund the social experiments of the Jacksonville Journey. CTDC will play a vital role in eliminating the rampant cornyism and waste of Jacksonville's city government
